Both our Breakfast and After-School clubs open everyday during the school term except for when both schools are closed for inset days or unforeseen events.
Breakfast Club - from 7.30am - 8.45am
We provide a safe and relaxing setting for the start of your children's day.
Breakfast consists of a wide selection of cereals, toast, bagels, porridge, and fresh fruit available everyday.
We have a large variety of ways for your child to entertain themselves with Lego, action figures, dolls, dressing up and many other toys, or if they prefer a quieter start to the day puzzles, colouring and books are readily available.
At the start of the day you will be greeted by a member of our breakfast club team who will ensure you have a healthy breakfast and a good start to the day.
At 8.45 Junior school children make their own way into class and the infants are taken over to the infant school and handed over to the staff there.
After-School Club - Monday-Thursday 3.25pm - 6pm & Friday 3.25pm - 5.30pm
Our daily registers are taken from the children who have been booked onto our SCOPAY system, this ensures both the school and the AYA know where the children are at the end of the day. Children attending clubs will be bought to the AYA by the club leader. The afterschool staff team wait in the infant hall for the teachers to bring the children to us and hand over any information, the junior school children make their own way to the AYA setting.
During our evening the children have a large choice of activities both inside the setting and out on the playground or field. We provide a healthy meal of wraps, bagels, crumpets, toast, sandwiches, toasted sandwiches all with a choice of savoury and sweet fillings. The children are encouraged to spread their own fillings and choose what and how much they would like to eat. During the evenings your children can enjoy organised games, group sports on the MUGA or in the hall and a wide variety of crafts, toy or if they prefer, simply relax with a book or a film.
