Both our Breakfast and After-School clubs open everyday during the school term except for when schools are closed for inset days or unforeseen events.
Breakfast Club - from 7.30am - 8.45am
We provide a safe and relaxing setting for the start of your children's day.
Breakfast consists of a wide selection of cereals, toast, porridge, yogurt and fresh fruit.
We have a large variety of ways for your child to entertain themselves with Lego, action figures, dolls, dressing up and many other toys, or if they prefer a quieter start to the day puzzles, colouring and books are readily available.
At the start of the day you and your child will be greeted by a member of our breakfast club team.
At 8.40 Junior school children make their own way into class and the infants are taken over to the infant school and handed over to the staff there.
After-School Club - Monday-Thursday 3.25pm - 6pm
& Friday 3.25pm - 5.30pm
Our daily registers are taken from the children who have been booked onto our SCOPAY system, this ensures both the school and the AYA know where the children are at the end of the day. Children attending clubs will be bought to the AYA by the club leader. The afterschool staff team wait in the infant hall for the teachers to bring the children to us and hand over any information, the junior school children make their own way to the AYA setting.
During our evening the children have a large choice of inside activities including crafts, colouring, movies, a variety of toys and games, we also use the school hall for group games and individual play equipment. When the weather allows it we have use of the sports MUGA, and playgrounds.
For tea we provide a healthy selection of food which includes sandwiches, wraps, and toast with a choice of savoury and sweet fillings, selection of fruit and yogurts. The children are encouraged to choose what and how much they would like to eat.
